We let The House Next Door to groups up to 14 people.
We apply the following prices:
For a week end from Friday 19.00 pm to Sunday 17.00 pm we ask € 525,--. Gas, cleaning and a stock of wood for the fire place, bedlinnen and towels are included in this price.
For a prolonged weekend Thursday – Sunday or Friday – Monday ) we ask € 500,--. Gas; cleaning and stock of wood for the fire place, blankets, pillow case and quilts are included in this price.
By reservations from 4 nights ore more we demand € 130,-- per night. Gas; cleaning and stock of wood for the fire place, blankets, pillow case and quilts are included in this price.
Prices for special weekend on demand.
Bookings are definitive after reception of a 50% pre payment.We expect to find the house in good order after you have left. At the arrival we demand a caution of € 200,--
Use of water, electricity and heating will be charged separately.
